Very nice appartment, quiet, with an ok continental breakfast for 7 Euro. Overall great value for money if you need to be 15 minutes walk from local company.
There is no evening food and no nearby restuarants. Pizza takeaway and a small supermarket- cook your own if you do not have a car like me. 15 minute walk to the 6 shops in the village.

Spacious, having a kitchen with refrigerator and cooking stuff, easy access by car and parking.
Very poor pillows - like pancakes; not even one spare. Poor Internet access (configuration-wise): most of the time did not work for my PC; did not work at all for iPAD. When asked receptionist for help - the only thing he knew to do is to reset the connection, no tech support. Numerous thing not well-though-out: quite many plates, but only one tea cup (+few very small coffee cups); no kettle; no corkscrew, no cutting board, etc. 2 WCs, but only 1 basin (apart of kitchen), despite having lot of space; dishwasher exists, but no detergent for it; many booklets at the lobby, but no Lyon maps. Sometimes no receptionist (at the hours they claim they are open) and no idea how to call for him.

The location of Garden & City Lyon - Marcy was perfect for us - quiet and pleasant. The apartment was spacious and clean, providing the independence and calmness we desired. Although we encountered some obstacles reaching the hotel, the friendly and professional receptionist helped us overcome them. The breakfast was satisfactory, with good coffee. Despite the challenges, we had a good stay overall.

- Very friendly and helpful hotel staff - nice facility, beautiful landscape - great place to go hiking, relax at the pool or visit Lyon by car in approx 20 minutes.
- The mattress was very hard - the kitchen in the appartment was not clean. we had to first wash the dishes and wipe down the kitchen counter - on the hottest days of the week the pool was closed due to hygienic reasons, therefore we had to drive 9 km to another Citea residence to go swimming.

It was a very nice change to arrive at a hotel and discover that it was more of an apartment feel with 2 floors and plenty of room. It had a full size refrigerator and kitchenette that was a must for large families on a budget. This was well worth the price!!!

We had an amazing family holiday in a child friendly park with spacious playing grounds. the location was perfect, close to an amazing park that we absolutely loved and in a nice, quiet area. the apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for a short stay. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all the necessary equipment.
The charges for additional cleaning seem excessive, although we made sure to leave the apartment tidy.

We spent Easter weekend in a charming neighborhood surrounded by green spaces and sporty people. The location was perfect, close enough to enjoy the city and far enough to have a peaceful time. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had everything we needed for our family stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, giving us tips on where to eat and what to do. We also enjoyed the pool, which was refreshing on a warm sunny day.
The lack of air-conditioning in the unit, which was a bit uncomfortable during the heatwave. We got fans from the reception, which helped, but it was still a bit warm. Additionally, there wasn't a supermarket in the immediate vicinity, which made it challenging to plan meals in advance. Nonetheless, we managed to get everything we needed eventually and had a great time overall.
